摘要新农村建设必然会对农村艺术教育的发展产生重要影响。但是目前我国农村教育仍然比较薄弱,尤其是农村中学的艺术教育更是薄弱之中的薄弱,这严重制约了农村义务教育和社会经济的发展。艺术教育作为教育事业的重要组成部分,在素质教育形势下日益受到社会的关注。然而,在我国,艺术教育的发展相对于其他教育形式还存在一定的差距,甚至在有些偏远农村地区中学艺术教育长期处于停滞状态。这些问题急需要改善。本文以四川省成都郫县中学为案例,通过对该地区农村城镇中学的调查研究,分析中学艺术教育现状和存在的问题。最后结合教育理论和艺术理论,对成都郫县中学艺术教育存在问题进行了分析,提出了相应解决对策。本文研究的创新点有两个,一是通过调查问卷,运用数据分析和统计,以数据分析为依据,总结了包括教师重视程度、课程设置、教师师资队伍建设和教材等方面的问题。二是从教师、学校和教育管理部门多个角度,对涉及转变传统教育观念,重视新农村艺术教育培养;强化政府资源配置作用,促进新农村艺术教育发展;深化课程改革,完善新农村艺术教育配套机制等方面的内容进行了阐述。通过本研究,对促进我国中学艺术教育教学实践的改革和不断完善具有积极的借鉴意义。关键词:新农村;中学艺术教育;农村教育ABSTRACTChina'snewruralconstructionwillinevitablyhaveanimpactonthedevelopmentofarteducationinruralareas.ButnowChina'sruraleducationremainsrelativelyweak,especiallyinruralmiddleschoolarteducationisamongtheweakweak,whichseverelyrestrictstheruralcompulsoryeducationandeconomicdevelopment.Withthetransformationofeducation,qualityeducationandarteducationhasbeendeveloped.Artseducationasanimportantpartofeducation,growingsocialconcernandattention.However,thedevelopmentofarteducationrelativetootherformsofeducation,butalsohassomegapsanddeficiencies.Eveninsomeremoteruralareasofsecondaryarteducationlong-termstagnation.Theseissuesneedtobestudiedtoimprove.Inthispaper,Chengdu,SichuanProvincePiSchoolasacasestudytoinvestigatetheareaofruraltownsthroughsecondaryanalysisofthecurrentsituationandproblemsofsecondaryarteducation.Finally,thecombinationoftheoryandtheoryofarteducation,problemsofChengduPisecondaryarteducationforanalysis,putforwardcorrespondingcountermeasures.Researchpaperhastwomaininnovations,firstthroughquestionnaires,theuseofdataanalysisandstatistics,dataanalysisasthebasis,includingasummaryofthedegreeofattentionofteachers,curriculum,teachersandtextbooksandotherteachingstaffissues.Second,frommultipleanglesteachers,schoolsandeducationauthorities,strategyinvolveschangingthetraditionalconceptsofeducation,anewemphasisonartseducationandtraininginruralareas;strengthenthegovernment'sroleintheallocationofresources,andpromotethedevelopmentofnewruralartseducation;deepeningofcurriculumreform,improvethenewruralartseducationcontentsupportingmechanismandotheraspectsaredescribed.Throughthisresearch,thepromotionoflocalhighschoolarteducationteachingpracticeofreformandcontinuousimprovementhasapositivereference.Keyword:Newcountryside;schoolartseducation;ruraleducation目录摘要................................................................................................................................................1ABSTRACT.....................................................................................................................................2第一章论文相关理论研究成果......................................................................................................41.1国内外研究现状.......................................................................................
