毕业设计（论文）报告纸摘要混凝土路面切缝机是一种用于水泥混凝土路面公路施工和养护作业的专业道路施工装备。是以切缝为主要功能的路面作业设备。随着我国水泥混凝土路面通车里程的不断增加，混凝土路面切缝机将有较高的社会效益和广阔的应用前景。本文主要围绕手扶式混凝土路面切割机的制造和开发进行的旨在研制一台手扶式混凝土路面切割机。本文综述了切缝机的发展概况及国内外研宄现状。对手式混凝土路面切割机总体设计的布局，并逐一研究其结构设计。首先进行了切缝机切缝装置的设计计算，切缝装置是切缝机的工作装置，把切缝锯片连接在主轴上，安装在机身前部，由电动机带动其工作，来实现水泥混凝土路面切缝的功能。而后进行了切缝用机自行走装置的设计，自行走装置的动力装置由变频电动机和减速机构成，使切缝机具有多级、慢速行走的能力，其动力通过减速机输出轴上的离合器和传动部分与行走轮轴相连，从而实现整机自行和手扶推动的功能。然后进行了切缝深度调整装置的研宄，主要通过丝杠螺母-连杆体结构的杠杆原理来控制整机的升降，从而完成切缝刀片的升降。以上三大装置的设计完成之后，最后再在机身底板上方的空间进行水箱、水管、机罩、导向轮等装置的设置与装配。关键词：水泥混凝土路面切割机，结构设计，自动行走AbstractCementconcretepavementcuttingmachineisadual-purpose共IV页第I页毕业设计（论文）报告纸machineusedforthecementconcretepavementroadconstructionandmaintenanceworkofprofessionalequipment,issculpturedwithslitmultifunctionalroadworkequipment.AsChina'scementconcretepavementmileageincreases,theCementconcretepavementcuttingmachinedualpurposemachinewillhaveahighersocialandbroadapplicationprospects.ThisarticlemainlyaroundtheCementconcretepavementcuttingmachinedual-usemachinedevelopedwiththeintentionofdevelopingaSculpturedbothversatileandcankerfautomaticallySculpturedwalkingslit-dryer.Thisthesissummarizesthedevelopmentofdual-usemachineprofileandresearchstatus.Cementconcretepavementcuttingmachineontheoveralldesignofadual-purposemachinesarearrangedsoitsstructureonebyoneresearchdesign.Firstconductedadual-purposemachinesculpturedkerfdevicedesigncalculations,sculpturedkerfdeviceisadual-purposemachineworkingdevice,andthesculpturedbladekerfsawbladesonthesameaxis,mountedinfrontofthefuselagepartofitsworkbythesamemotordrivetoachieveadual-purposemachinefunctions.Thenasculptureddualautomatickerfdeviceisdesignedtowalk,walkingdevicesautomaticallypowermachinebytheinvertermotorandreducercomposition,sothattoachievemulti-speeddual-purposemachine,lowabilitytowalk,itspowerthroughthegearoutputshafttheclutchmechanismandthetransmissionmechanismandwalkingaxleconnection,whichautomaticallygowalkingandembarkedonthefunctions.Followedbythecuttingdepthadjustmentdeviceresearch,cuttingdeepintothescrewnuttothemainuse-linkagestructure,throughtheprincipleofautomaticcontrolofthewholeliftlevertocontrolthemovementsofthecutterengraved.Deviceisdesignedtocompletetheabovethree,andtheninthespaceabovethebodyplateproductiontanks,pipes,hood.Keywords:Concretepavementcuttingmachine,StructuralDesign,Automaticwalking目录摘要...............................................................................................................I共IV页第II页毕业设计（论文）报告纸Abstract.......................................................................................................II1绪论..........................................................................................................11.1课题研究的背景及意义.................................................................................11.2...
