摘要激光超声检测技术是一种新兴无损检测方法,具有非接触、宽频带、波形丰富、分辨率高、能在恶劣环境下正常工作等优点,适用于金属材料的缺陷检测和材料力学性能的在线检测等,是无损检测领域的热门技术之一。本文的工作是对激光超声检测装置进行设计研究,主要内容有:首先在了解激光超声检测装置的基本检测原理之后,对激光超声检测在实际应用中的相关要求和国内外现有检测装置的局限性进行分析,提出了一种新的设计方案:利用多轴运动控制器和双转头实现激光超声检测装置的5轴同时测量。然后对激光超声检测装置的各零部件的材料和尺寸以及运动控制装置作具体设计,并利用Inventor进行装置的三维建模和重要零部件的刚度和强度分析,以确定所设计的零部件可以达到使用要求。之后选择装置的驱动装置并编写驱动部分的控制程序。最后对西安金波检测仪器公司产品测得的相关数据进行分析,数图结合,简单直观的介绍了激光超声检测装置的测量方式和数据处理方法。本文的设计研究为激光超声检测装置的应用发展提供了一种思路。关键词:激光超声;多轴运动控制器;Inventor;编程控制-I-DesignofLaserUltrasonicTestingDeviceAbstractLaserultrasonicdetectiontechnologyisanewnon-destructivetestingmethod,withnon-contact,wideband,richwaveform,highresolution,greatadaptability,etc.,becomingoneofthepopulartechnologiesinthefieldofnondestructivetesting.Thistechnologyissuitableforthedetectionofmetalmaterialsandtheon-linedetectionofmechanicalpropertiesofmaterials.Theworkofthispaperisthelaserultrasonicdetectiondevicedesignresearch,themaincontentsare:Firstly,afterunderstandingthebasicdetectionprincipleoflaserultrasonicdetectiondevice,thispaperanalyzestherelevantrequirementsoflaserultrasonicdetectioninpracticalapplicationandthelimitationsofexistingdetectiondevices,andthenproposesanewdesignscheme:Achievea5-axissimultaneousmeasurementofthelaserultrasonicinspectiondevicebythecontrollerandthedoublehead.Secondly,thisarticledesignsthespecificofthedevice,includingtheselectionofthematerialandsizeofeachcomponentofthelaserultrasonicinspectiondeviceandamotioncontroldevicethe,thencarriesoutthethree-dimensionalmodelingofthedeviceandanalysisthestiffnessandstrengthofimportantparts,todeterminethedesignofthecomponentscanmeettherequirements.Afterwhichthedrivingmeansoftheapparatusisselectedandacontrolprogramofthedrivingsectionisprogramming.Finally,thispaperanalyzesthedataoftheproductsmeasuredbyXi'anJinboDetectionInstrumentCompany,andintroducesthemeasurementmethodanddataprocessingmethodoflaserultrasonicdetectiondevicewithdataandgraphics,simpleandintuitive.Thedesignofthispaperprovidesawayforthedevelopmentoflaserultrasonicdetectiondevice.KeyWords:LaserUltrasonic;Multi-axismotioncontroller;Inventor;Programmingcontrol-II-目录摘要.....................................................................................................................................IAbstract......................................................................................................................................II引言.....................................................................................................................................11绪论.........................................................................................................................................21.1课题的研究背景与意义..............................................................................................21.2国内外发展现状.............................................................................................
