摘要目前,中国的经济出现了新的环境,在机遇与挑战并存的环境中,企业面临着更大的生存和竞争压力。在这样的日益变化压力渐增的环境中,公司的很多员工会更容易产生焦虑、挫折等消极情绪,而消极情绪更容易出现导致员工的职业倦怠问题的频发。职业倦怠问题不仅会危害到员工的身心健康发展,而且也会因此影响到工作投入,最终影响企业的绩效和效益。因此对于企业来说,要设法去预防和缓解企业员工的职业倦怠。本文从真实型领导和职业倦怠的关系出发,再加上心理资本这个因素进行中介效应的检验,探讨员工心理资本是否会对它们二者的关系造成影响,从而为有效的预防和很好的减少员工职业倦怠水平提供重要参考。本文通过回顾有关真实型领导和员工职业倦怠的实证研究,发现心理资本在其作用过程中起着重要作用。笔者通过发放调查问卷,通过员工自我报告的方式收集数据。本文使用统计分析软件对数据进行了相关分析,回归分析以及人口统计学变量差异分析,并对假设进行了检验。结果表明:真实型领导与员工职业倦怠存在明显的负相关关系;真实型领导与员工心理资本存在明显的正相关关系;员工心理资本与员工职业倦怠存在明显的负相关关系:员工心理资本在真实型领导与员工职业倦怠的关系中起中介作用。关键词:真实型领导;职业倦怠;心理资本AbstractAtpresent,China'seconomyhasanewenvironment,intheenvironmentofopportunitiesandchallenges,enterprisesarefacinggreaterpressureofsurvivalandcompetition.Insuchanincreasinglychangingenvironment,manyemployeesofthecompanywillbemorepronetoanxiety,frustrationandothernegativeemotions,andnegativeemotionsaremorelikelytoleadtofrequentjobburnoutproblems.Jobburnoutisnotonlyharmfultothephysicalandmentalhealthofemployees,butalsowillaffecttheworkinput,andultimatelyaffecttheperformanceandefficiencyofenterprises.Therefore,weshouldtrytopreventandalleviatethejobburnoutofemployees.Thispapertestedthemediatingeffectionofpsychologicalcapitalbasingtherelationshipbetweenauthenticleadershipandjobburnout.Toexplorewhetherthepsychologicalcapitalofemployeeswillhaveanimpactontherelationshipbetweenauthenticleadershipandjobburnout.Sothattoprovideanimportantreferenceforeffectivepreventionandreducethelevelofjobburnout.Inthispaper,byreviewingtheempiricalresearchonthetrueleadershipandemployeeburnout,itisfoundthatpsychologicalcapitalplaysanimportantroleintheprocess.Theauthorcollectsthedatabymeansofquestionnaires.Inthispaper,weusedthestatisticalanalysissoftwareSPSStoanalyzethedata.Theresultsshowthat:thereisanegativecorrelationbetweenauthenticleadershipandjobburnout;thereisapositivecorrelationbetweenauthenticleadershipandemployeepsychologicalcapital;thereisanegativecorrelationbetweenemployeepsychologicalcapitalandemployeejobburnout;psychologicalcapitalplaysanintermediaryroleintherelationshipbetweenauthenticleadershipandemployeejobburnout.Keywords:AuthenticLeadership;JobBurnout;Employee’sPsychologyCapital目录绪论..........................................................................................................................................-1-(一)研究背景..................................................................................................................-1-(二)问题的提出..............................................................................................................-1-(三)研究意义..................................................................................................................-2-(四)研究的创新之处......................................................................................................-3-一、文献综述....
