中小企业财务危机问题研究摘要：在当今社会，市场经济逐步成熟，业务运营同时也慢慢与国际接轨。每个参与者都可能出现财务风险甚至是出现财务危机。财务危机不仅导致生产企业信用危机，在困难的运作资金，所以在问题的商业环境，也给其债权人和相关公司行业亏损，如果造成企业的连锁反应，这不是不同层次的社会和经济环境的副作用。宏观经济环境的恶化，会使得企业的财务危机再次加剧，形成了一个恶性循环，所以，我们要更枣的发现财务风险，从根本上治理财务危机。因此，为了改善宏观经济环境，为了保证公司的生存和健康发展，应该对财务危机有一个有效的早期预警和研究。在西方，为研究公司财务危机已经有半个多世纪的历史，而中国是因为正从计划经济向市场经济转型的时期，所人们大多不会重视财务危机的发生，而且一旦企业出现财务危机只能是无助，被动应付。本文试图找出国内外发生的财务危机的常见问题，分析共同点，在理论上为中国企业探索出一个预防和避免财务危机的发生，以及如何应对财务危机的对策和方法。所以本文分为5章：第一章界定了中外中小企业的具体定义，对财务危机的概念也进行了细致的分析。第二章从内部外部两个角度分析中小型企业发生财务危机的原因。第三章列举分析了企业即将发生财务危机前的些许预兆。第四章写明了中小企业能对财务危机进行控制的几个环节，和怎样在该环节进行控制。第五章提出了中小型企业防范企业发生财务危机的几个对策。关键词：企业财务危机;管理;研究Abstract：Intoday'ssociety,themarketeconomygraduallymature,businessoperationsarealsoslowlywiththeinternationalstandards.Eachparticipantmayhavefinancialriskorevenafinancialcrisis.Thefinancialcrisisnotonlyleadstothecreditcrisisofthemanufacturingenterprise,butalsointhebusinessenvironmentoftheproblem,butalsotothelossofitscreditorsandrelatedcompaniesindustry,ifthechainreactioncausedbytheenterprise,thisisnotdifferentlevelsofsocialandeconomicenvironmentsideeffectsTheThedeteriorationofthemacroeconomicenvironmentwillmakethefinancialcrisisoftheenterpriseintensifyagain,formingaviciouscircle,sowehavetofindthefinancialrisk,fundamentallycontrolthefinancialcrisis.Therefore,inordertoimprovethemacroeconomicenvironment,inordertoensurethesurvivalandhealthydevelopmentofthecompany,thefinancialcrisisshouldhaveaneffectiveearlywarningandresearch.IntheWest,forthestudyofthecompany'sfinancialcrisishasbeenmorethanhalfacenturyofhistory,andChinaisfromtheplannedeconomytothemarketeconomytransitionperiod,mostpeoplewillnotpayattentiontothefinancialcrisis,andoncethefinancialcrisisCanbehelpless,passivecoping.Thispaperattemptstofindoutthecommonproblemsoffinancialcrisisathomeandabroad,analyzethecommonground,intheoryforChineseenterprisestoexploreapreventiveandavoidtheoccurrenceoffinancialcrisis,andhowtodealwithfinancialcrisiscountermeasuresandmethods.Sothisarticleisdividedintofivechapters:ThefirstchapterdefinesthespecificdefinitionofChineseandforeignsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,theconceptoffinancialcrisishasalsobeenadetailedanalysis.Thesecondchapteranalyzesthecausesoffinancialcrisisinsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesfromtheperspectiveofinternalandexternal.Chapter3listssomeofthepre-signsofanimminentfinancialcrisis.Thefourthchapterdescribesthesmallandmediumenterprisescancontrolthefinancialcrisisofseverallinks,andhowtocontrolthelink.Chapter5putsforwardsomecountermeasuresforsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisestopreventfinancialcrisis.Keywords:enterprisefinancialcrisis;management;research目录JINGJIANGCOLLEGEOFJIANGSUUNIVERSITY..............................................................................................1引言...........
