摘要随着全球变暖,能源一天天紧张和空气严重污染,电动车成为一种新的代步工具越来越受欢迎,以其绿色环保,交通便捷,价格低廉等优势占领各大市场,基本每家每户都有一辆电动车。电动车充电器作为衡量一部优劣电动车的重要依据,也是顾客考虑购买意愿的次要参数,市面上常见的电动车充电器寿命较短,而且充电等待时间长,因此会产生大量的硫化反应,使得析气现象的影响呈现扩大化的趋势。分析电池寿命短的原因,大致在于充电的不均衡性,进而导致储电能力大打折扣,不足以满足我们的日常交通需求。因此,进行对电动车在充电器产品上的技术突破,是迎合市场需求的一种表现,同时也可以有效改良普通充电器的缺陷。本课题采用的是基于两种芯片的设计办法:AT89C52,以及LM331。确定技术之后,根据所学的单片机知识和C语言知识共同设计出这款新型的智能充电器,采用电流型的控制方案,使其均衡充电,不影响充电器和电动车的寿命。利用创新的集成电路把控制芯片和大功率管集成在一起。本课题将工作重心放在了智能充电器硬件部位的试验上,通过输入各类指令来进行模拟,其中使用C语言来进行编程完成其软件部分,总体来说,该设计是基于C语言和单片机的智能设计。关键词:AT89C52;LM331;单片机;C语言;充电器;电池寿命ABSTRACTAsglobalwarmingandenergygrewtenseandseriousairpollution,electricvehiclesbecomeanewkindoftransportationhasbecomemoreandmorepopular,withitsgreenenvironmentalprotection,thetransportationisconvenient,thepriceislowwaitforanadvantagetocaptureeachbigmarket,everyhouseholdhasabasicelectricvehicles.Asanimportantbasisformeasuringagoodandbadelectricvehicle,theelectricvehiclechargerisalsoasecondaryparameterforcustomerstoconsiderthepurchaseintention.Thecommonelectricvehiclechargeronthemarkethasashortlifeandlongwaitingtimeforcharging,soitwillproducealotofvulcanization.Thereactioncausestheinfluenceofthegassingphenomenontoincrease.Analysisofthereasonsfortheshortbatterylifeismainlyduetotheimbalanceofcharging,whichinturnleadstoasignificantreductioninpowerstoragecapacity,whichisinsufficienttomeetourdailytrafficneeds.Therefore,thetechnicalbreakthroughintheelectricvehicleonthechargerproductisaperformancethatcaterstothemarketdemand,andcanalsoeffectivelyimprovethedefectsoftheordinarycharger.Thistopicisbasedonthedesignoftwochips:AT89C52,andLM331.Afterdeterminingthetechnology,wecanlearnedaftertheapplicationofsinglechipmicrocomputerandtheClanguageknowledgetodesignanewtypeofintelligentcharger,usingcurrentmodecontrolscheme,makeitsequalizingcharge,donotaffecttheservicelifeofthechargerandelectricvehicles.Thistopicfocusesonthetestofthehardwarepartofthesmartcharger.Itsimulatesbyinputtingvariouskindsofinstructions,andusesClanguagetoprogramitssoftwarepart.Generally,thedesignisbasedonClanguageandsinglechipmicrocomputerSmartdesign.Keywords:AT89C52;LM331;SingleChipMicrocomputer;TheCLanguage;TheCharger;BatteryLife目录摘要............................................................................................................................IABSTRACT..................................................................................................................II前言..........................................................................................................................1第一章绪论..................................................................................................................21.1课题背景.........................................................................................................21.2课题研究的目的和意义....................................
