摘要我国传统的城镇化虽然促进了经济的快速发展，但在推进的过程中过于重视城市发展，忽视“三农”利益，加剧了城乡差距和社会矛盾，为此，我国提出了新型城镇化的理念，并在《国家新型城镇化规划纲要（2014-2020年）》中明确提出要在2020年之前促进1亿左右农业人口在城镇落户。要实现我国新型城镇化的健康发展，促进农业人口落户城镇，就要解决农民的就业问题，保障他们的基本生活，尤其要优先解决因城镇化而成为失地农民的这部分农民的就业问题。城镇化的发展使大量农村集体土地被征收用作建设用地，产生了大量的失地农民，长期以农业生产为生的农民在失去土地后很难适应生活的变化，引发了很多的社会问题，要促进新型城镇化的健康发展，就必须解决失地农民的就业问题本文以仙人湖失地农民为主要研究对象，通过实地调研深入了解失地农民的生存现状，采用发放问卷和深入访谈的方式调查失地农民的具体情况，以数据统计的方法分析失地农民的就业现状，从社会经济层面、政府层面和失地农民自身层面对影响失地农民就业的因素进行全方位、多层次的分析，针对仙人湖失地农民的就业现状及影响因素，从当地的实际情况出发，结合国内外其他学者的研究理论，从加快新型城镇化建设、发挥政府主导作用和失地农民要因势而定，相机抉择等方面提出了促进仙人湖失地农民就业的建议和对策。关键词：新型城镇化；仙人湖；失地农民；就业IAbstractChina’straditionalurbanizationhaspromotedeconomicdevelopment,butitpaysmuchattentiontothedevelopmentofcity,ignoringthe“threerural”interest,whichexacerbatesthedifferencesandcontractionsbetweenurbanandruralareas.Therefore,thegovernmentcomeupwithanewconcept，thenew-typeurbanization.Inthe“nationalnewurbanizationplan(2014-2020),theauthoritiesputforwardtopromote100millionagriculturalpopulationsettledinthecity.Inordertoachievethehealthydevelopmentofnew-typeurbanization,it’snecessarytosolvetheemploymentoffarmers,especiallytogiveprioritytosolvingtheemploymentofland-lostfarmers,wholosttheirlandintheurbanization.Withthedevelopmentofurbanization,alargenumberofpeasantslosttheirland,whichistheirsourceofincomeandlifeinsurance.Therefore,theland-lostfarmershavedifficultyinadaptingtothechangeoftheirlife,which,ofcourse,causesalotofsocialproblems.Topromotethehealthydevelopmentofthenew-typeurbanization,wemustsolvetheemploymentproblemsoflandlesspeasantsinthefirstplace.Thisessayisbasedontheresearchofemploymentsituationinfairylake.Thestatisticsarefromquestionnairesurveyandin-depthinterview.Withstatisticalanalysisoftheemploymentstatusoflandlesspeasants,it’seasytofindthatthemainfactorsinfluencingtheemploymentofland-lostfarmersaresocialeconomy,governmentandland-lostfarmersthemselves.Basedontherealityandtheoriesofotherscholarsathomeandabroad,thisessaymakesaconclusionasfollows.Topromotetheemploymentofland-lostfarmers,It’snecessaryforgovernmenttoacceleratetheconstructionofnew-typeurbanization,whichcouldprovidemoreemploymentopportunity.Keywords:New-typeurbanization;land-lostfarmer;employment目录.................................................................................................................................................2.....................................................................................................................................2.....................................................................................................................................2.....................................................................................................................................3...............................................
