绿色发展理念背景下的中小城市管理体制研究分析 工商管理专业

摘 要近年来，我国目前城市化进程不断加速，城市化格局日益凸显，城市成为了我国发展的最重要的产物，同时它也是我国在一定地区的政治，经济，文化的中心。与此同时，在城市发展的过程中，一些传统的管理体制慢慢的成为了我国建立经济文明，政治文明城市的短板，因此，完善我国城市管理体制的任务日益重要，完善的城市管理体制，有利于为我们创建一个和谐，舒适的魅力都市。本文主要介绍我中国小城市以“绿色发展理念”为背景完善我国中小城市管理体制，通过调研国内和国外以了解与研究国内外以”绿色发展理念”背景指导我国城市管理体制的建设，通过对其进行整合总结。在我国中小城市中选择陕西省咸阳市为例进行分析，分析咸阳市在管理体制中存在的问题，进行解释说明，通过对存在问题分析，以“绿色发展理念”为背景，就目前咸阳市城市管理体制存在的问题表明自身观点以及意见和建议。关键词：绿色发展理念；城市管理体制；咸阳市AbstractIn recent years, our country is accelerating the process of city, city pattern has become increasingly prominent, the city has become the development of China's most important product, at the same time it is also our country in certain areas of political, economic and cultural center.
