摘要伴随着国民经济的蓬勃发展,人们的生活品质逐渐上升,对交通运营的需求也会有提高。许多之前修建的桥梁早已不符合当今交通运营的要求。桥梁结构发生失效的现象而无法正常工作,务必要加固补强。本文的研究内容由以下四部分组成:1.总结桥梁常见病害的情况和几种主要的加固方法。对比研究不同加固方法的力学性能和经济性等指标。2.通过大量相关文献的阅读学习钢筋混凝土和有限元的理论知识,并通过大型有限元分析软件ANSYS中实现了对连续刚构桥的模拟分析。3.利用ANSYS对损伤状态下连续刚构桥的力学性能进行模拟分析,并对比理想状态下的分析结果。4.加固,优化:粘贴钢板加固法由于自重轻,施工过程简单高效,所占空间小,经济性良好等优势被广泛应用到实际工程中。对粘贴钢板加固梁有限元模型进行分析,对加固梁中各材料进行合理的模型选取,合理选用参数,保证分析结果的准确性。通过ANSYS的计算和分析,证明了粘贴钢板加固法将有效的提高原钢筋混凝土梁的强度,且能在较大程度上减小梁的变形。按照桥梁的结构特点,提出了三组不同的粘贴钢板的方法,利用ANSYS分别对三组实验构件进行数值模拟计算,研究各个加固梁的位移和应力,绘制出相应的图表,通过对结果的分析和比较,研究了在不同粘贴钢板条件下结构的变形和受力情况。从模拟结果可知:粘贴钢板的厚度对加固效果会产生较大的影响;增加粘贴钢板厚度比增加粘贴钢板宽度效果明显;在梁柱节点附近粘贴钢板加固,加固材料完全相同的情况下,加固效果更明显。关键词:连续刚构桥;有限元分析;粘贴钢板加固;优化加固方法ABSTRACTWiththerapiddevelopmentofeconomyandtheimprovementofpeople'slivingstandards,transportoperatorsofservice-levelrequirementsarealsoincreasing.Manypreviousbridgedesigncannotmeettheneedsofmoderntransport.Bridgestructurebecauseofthefailurephenomenoncannotmeettherequirementsofnormaluse,besuretoreinforcement.Contentsofthispaperincludesthefollowingsections:1.Summarybridgediseasesituationandseveralmajorreinforcementmethod.Comparativestudydifferentstrengtheningmethodsofindicatorssuchasmechanicalperformanceandeconomy.2.Throughalargenumberofliteraturereadingofreinforcedconcreteandfiniteelementtheory,andthroughlarge-scalefiniteelementanalysissoftwareANSYStoachieveacontinuousrigidframebridgesimulationanalysis.3.UsingANSYSmechanicalpropertiesofcontinuousrigidframebridgeunderthedamagestatesimulationanalysisandcomparisonoftheidealstateanalysisresults.4.Reinforcement,optimize:Pastethesteelreinforcementmethodhastheadvantagesoflightweight,smallfootprint,etc.,itiswidelyused.Pastedsteelreinforcementbeamfiniteelementmodelanalysisofeachmaterialreinforcementbeamsreasonablemodelselection,reasonableselectionofparameterstoensuretheaccuracyoftheanalysisresults.BycalculationandanalysisofANSYSsoftware,steelreinforcementpasteprovedaneffectivemethodofimprovingthestrengthoftheoriginalreinforcedconcretebeams,andcanreducethedeformationofthebeamtoagreaterextent.Accordingtothestructurecharacteristicsofthebeam,thethreegroupsofpastingsteelreinforcementschemearegiven.UsingANSYStocalculatetheexperimentalmember,studyofeachbeamdisplacementandstress,drawthecorrespondingcharts.Throughanalysisandcomparisonoftheresults,Studiedthestructuredeformationandstressdistributionundertheconditionofdifferentpastethesteel.Fromthesimulationresults:Pastethethicknessofthesteelplatehasalargereffectonreinforcementeffect;Increasingpastethesteelplatethicknessthanpastingsteelplatewidtheffectisobvious;Pastethesteelplatereinforcednearthebeam-columnjoints,undertheconditionofreinforcementmaterialsareexactlysame,strengtheningeffectisremarkable.Keywords:Continuousrigidframebridge...
