课题名称左摆动杠杆的加工工艺及夹具设计摘要近年来,在中国汽车市场发展的迅速,中国汽车的销售量已经连续多年在全球销量第一。得利于近年来汽车市场的很好的向上趋势;再加上,汽车发动机是汽车动力的来源,相当于汽车的心脏,决定了汽车的动力性能、安全性能、环保程度、以及经济性能,所以国内的汽车发动机市场发展迅速,对于其中核心零件左右摆杆的研究显得尤为必要。按照毕设设计任务书的具体要求,在本文中对汽车发动机中的左摆动杠杆加工工艺及其专用夹具为对象完成设计并对具体的设计过程予以说明。主要内容包括左摆动杠杆加工工艺工艺方案的制定、组合机床配置型式的选择、总体设计和夹具设计。在制定工艺过程中,要确定各工序的安装工位和该工序需要的工步,加工该工序的机车及机床的进给量,切削深度,主轴转速和切削速度,该工序的夹具,走刀次数和走刀长度,最后计算该工序的基本时间,辅助时间和工作地服务时间。对应工序的夹具设计,夹具设计所采用的定位方案,方案的可行性分析,以及各个零件部件的装配图和多视图。通过该左摆动杠杆零件进行结构分析,结合实际的加工装备对其进行工艺设计,确定了零件的毛坯材料、尺寸、定位基准、加工内容和工艺流程。关键词:左摆动杠杆;加工工艺;切削用量;夹具设计AbstractAccordingtothespecificrequirementsofthedesigntaskbook,inthispaper,theleftswingleverprocessingtechnologyanditsspecialfixturearedesignedfortheobjectandthespecificdesignprocessisexplained.Themaincontentsincludetheformulationoftheleftswinglevermachiningprocess,theselectionofthecombinedmachineconfiguration,theoveralldesignandthefixturedesign.Inthisarticle,thedesignoftheleftswinglevermachiningprocessanditsspecialfixtureconsistsoftwoparts,oneisthecombinedleftswinglevermachiningprocesspart,andtheotheristhedesignpartofthespecialfixture.Intheprocessofformulatingtheprocess,itisnecessarytodeterminetheinstallationstationofeachprocessandthestepsrequiredfortheprocess,thefeedrateofthelocomotiveandthemachinetoolforprocessingtheprocess,thedepthofcut,thespindlespeedandthecuttingspeed,thejigoftheprocess,thetoolandThemeasuringtool,aswellasthenumberofpassesandthelengthofthepass,theadoptionofthepositioningschemeoftheworkpiece,andfinallycalculatesthebasictimeoftheprocess,theauxiliarytimeandtheservicetimeoftheworkplace.Thefixturedesignforthecorrespondingprocess,thepositioningschemeusedforthefixturedesign,thefeasibilityanalysisofthesolution,andtheassemblydrawingandmulti-viewofeachpart.Throughthestructuralanalysisoftheleftswingleverpart,theprocessdesigniscarriedoutincombinationwiththeactualprocessingequipment,theblankmaterial,size,positioningreference,processingcontentandprocessflowofthepartaredetermined,andtheprocessingrouteisdrawnup.Theprocessparameterssuchastheworkdifference,machiningallowanceandcuttingamount,andbasicworkingtimequotawereselectedandcalculated.Themachiningprocessdesignoftheleftswingleverwascompleted,andtheprocessspecificationcardwascompiledindetail.Forthetwostepsoftheleftswingleverjointsurfaceandthereducerbearinghole,theanalysisandcalculationofthecuttingforce,theclampingforce,thepositioningerrorandtheaccuracyofthefixturewerecarriedout,andthefixturedesignofthetwoprocesseswascompleted.Keywords:leftswinglever;machiningprocess;cuttingamount;fixturedesign目录摘要........................................................................IABSTRCT......................................................................II绪论..............................................................................................................................................
