目的论指导下的新闻翻译摘要新闻作为信息传递的一个主要工具，已经成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的一部分。随着改革与对外开放进程的不断加深和经济全球化和各国之间各方面交流的不断深入，中国的国力越来越强盛，中国态度在世界舞台上也越来越掷地有声。翻译是一种跨文化的交际行为，翻译所采用的方法策略应有翻译行为所达到的目的决定，英语新闻的汉译是为了让中国读者更多的了解我们所生活的世界，换句话说也是为了达到交际的目的。达到这一目的，译者需要考虑读者的文化，使翻译符合目的语的规范，符合他们的阅读习惯，实现预计目的。作为硬新闻的一种形式，在时政新闻部分中汉语译成英语是范英语新闻中的主要部分之一，而时政新闻同时应该具备吸引读者的特点。另外，还应该具有英语新闻所拥有的客观性以及准确性，严肃性的特点，从理论的角度来考虑，传统的翻译理论，对于新闻翻译的适用性影响较小，而翻译的目的是为了把翻译进行同等的约束。目的论认为，在整个翻译的过程中都必须要结合翻译的目的来开展在适当的时候使用增加、删减、省略甚至改译等翻译策略翻译出更符合预期的译文。由于新闻翻译的特色及承担的社会功能，目的论对新闻翻译具有指导作用。目的论在直译与意译的基础上，打破译者在翻译中所扮演的一味的模仿者的角色使其在面对翻译时成为具有充分自主性的创造者。关键词：目的论；翻译；新闻翻译；时政新闻ABSTRACTNowadays,asamaintooltotransferinformation,newshasbecomeaninseparablepartofhuman'sdailylife.Withtheprocessofreformandopeningup,underthebackgroundofeconomicglobalization,nationalexchangesofallaspectsbecamemorefrequentandChina’snationalstrengthhasbecomestrongerandstronger,andChina’svoicehasbecomemoreandmoreessentialontheworldstage.Translationisanactofinterculturalcommunication.Themethodandstrategyadoptedintheprocessoftranslationshouldbedeterminedbyitspurpose.AndthepurposeofChinesetranslationofEnglishnewsistoenableChinesereaderslearnmoreabouttheworldinwhichwelive,inotherwords,istoachievethepurposeofcommunicate.Inordertoaccomplishthisgoal,thetranslatorneedstotakethereader'seducationalbackgroundintoconsiderationsoastomakethetranslationbeinconformitywiththeprincipleofthegrammaticalcorrectnessofthetargetlanguage,andthereadinghabitsoftheaudiencetoachievetheexpectedgoal.Politicalnewsisakindofhard-news,translationofChinesePoliticalNewsisanimportantpartofEnglishnewstranslation.Ontheonehand,politicalnewshasthecharacteristicsofgeneralnews,whichisinformationdisseminationandreaderattraction;ontheotherhand,ithasthecharacteristicsofhardnewswhichisseriousness,accuracyandobjectiveness.Intermsofthetheoreticalguidance,theapplicabilityoftraditionaltranslationtheoriesisrelativelyweakintheguidanceofnewstranslation,whiletheSkopostheoryhasbreaksawayfromtheshacklesofequivalencetranslation.Skopostheoryholdsthatthewholeprocessoftranslationshouldbecloselycenteredonthepurposeofthetranslation.Andthetranslationstrategiessuchasadding,deleting,omittingandevenrewritingshouldbeusedtomakethetargettextmoreinlinewithourexpectations.Duetothecharacteristicsandsocialfunctionsofnewstranslation,theSkopostheoryistheguidingroleinnewstranslation.Onthebasisofliteraltranslationandfreetranslation,theSkopostheorybreakstheroleofimitatorthetranslatorplaysandmakestranslatorsthefullyindependentcreatorsintheprocessoftranslation.Keywords：SkoposTheory;TranslationTechnique;PoliticalNewsContentsChapterOneIntroduction.............................................................................21.1ResearchBackground...........................................................................................2...
