I艺术品管理系统的设计与实现摘要：近年来，我国艺术事业发展迅速，在满足了人们日益增长的精神需求的同时，也促进了我国人民以及我国人民同世界其他国家和地区人民的文化交流。作为艺术事业的前沿阵地，艺术馆通过收藏、展览各类艺术品，为促进人们的艺术交流提供了重要的场所，形成了对艺术事业发展的重要支持。对艺术馆进行分析可知，其内部收藏了诸多地区和国家级艺术珍品，相关艺术品不仅是我国五年年来文化的结晶，同时，也蕴藏了众多现代文化气息下的相关艺术作品，对于促进国内外文化交流具有重要作用。作为艺术馆管理工作的重要组成部分，艺术品管理工作不仅关系着人们对相关艺术品信息的了解，而且对于艺术事业的发展也具有重要影响。传统的艺术品管理工作主要是以人工为主进行操作的，通过定期检查和查漏补缺并开展档案整理与记录工作来完成对相关艺术品的管理。然而，这种单纯基于人工的艺术品管理的工作效率较低，且相关信息的记录具有滞后性，信息记录与管理错误较为常见，特别是在艺术品信息变更、进库出库的集中时段，对于艺术品信息的管理效率和水平较低，难以为艺术品的管理和人们围绕艺术品的交流提供有效的支持。基于此，本文拟设计一种基于B/S的艺术品管理系统，该系统将用户登录、作品基本信息管理、作者管理以及作品去向管理和用户管理等功能集于一身，通过对系统的各模块进行设计，并对Oracle数据库表进行设计，进而给出系统的实现界面，并通过测试，验证系统各模块的功能，以期利用该系统提高艺术品管理的工作效率，为促进地区艺术品信息的流通提供一定的系统支持。关键词：艺术品；管理系统；Oracle数据库分类号：TP302.1IIDesignandImplementationofArtManagementsystemInrecentyears,theartsofourcountryhasdevelopedrapidly,whichnotonlysatisfiestheincreasingspiritualneedsofpeople,butalsopromotestheculturalexchangebetweenourpeopleandothercountriesandregionsintheworld.Asthefrontpositionofart,artmuseumprovidesanimportantplacetopromotepeople'sartexchangebycollectingandexhibitingallkindsofworksofart,andformsimportantsupportforthedevelopmentofart.Accordingtotheanalysisofthemuseumofart,therearemanyregionalandnationalarttreasuresinthemuseum.Therelatedworksofartarenotonlythecrystallizationofourcountry'scultureinthepastfiveyears,butalsocontainalotofrelevantartunderthebreathofmodernculture.Worksofartplayanimportantroleinpromotingculturalexchangesathomeandabroad.Asanimportantpartofartmuseummanagement,artmanagementisnotonlyrelatedtopeople'sunderstandingofrelevantartinformation,butalsohasanimportantimpactonthedevelopmentofartcareer.Thetraditionalworksofartmanagementaremainlyoperatedmanually.Themanagementofrelatedworksofartisaccomplishedbycheckingandfillingthegapsregularlyandcarryingouttheworkoffilingandrecording.However,theworkefficiencyofthissimplemanual-basedartmanagementislow,andtherecordsofrelatedinformationarelaggingbehind.Theerrorsininformationrecordingandmanagementaremorecommon,especiallyinthefieldofinformationrecordingandmanagement.Itisdifficulttoprovideeffectivesupportforthemanagementofworksofartandtheexchangeofworksofartbecauseofthechangeofartinformation,thecentralizedperiodofstorageandexportation,andthelowefficiencyandlevelofthemanagementofartinformation.Basedonthis,thispaperproposestodesignakindofartmanagementsystembasedonBES.Thissystemintegratesthefunctionsofuserlogin,basicinformationmanagementofworks,authormanagement,andmanagementofworkstoandfromusers,etc.Thesystemintegratesthefunctionsofuserlogin,workbasicinformationmanagement,authormanagementandworkmanagementandusermanagement.ThroughthedesignofeachmoduleofthesystemandthedesignoftheOracledatabasetable,theinterfaceofthesy...
