1高职院校音乐课堂教学策略研究摘要众所周知，中国的职业教育发展越来越快，越来越成熟，因而高职院校的教学改革方案层出不穷，同时，人才的培养方向也大有不同。这样，高职院校的学生的素质得到了全面的提升，教学活动不再是单一而枯燥的。素质教育的展开方式多种多样，内容五花八门，而音乐教育是不可或缺的一个途径。音乐教育在高职院校被重视后，学生们在音乐上的张力也越发令人满意。身为一名高职院校的音乐传播教育者，笔者深切地体会到音乐教育带给学生的无法估量的益处，比如说能提高学生的思想觉悟，培养学生的阳光心态，升华学生的审美标准，锻炼学生的人际交往能力等等。为此，我们可以综合考虑自己所在院校的办学特色、在校学生的综合水平，制定符合可持续发展的音乐教育方案，以便更好地挖掘学生的潜能。出于这个理念的深思熟虑，笔者现在以下几个方面做初步的研究：首先，绪论部分将探讨以下几个方面：本课题的研究背景以及意义所在。第一章节从德育渗透、美育的传播、学生的全面发展、学生创新能力的培养等角度切入，深入分析高职院校音乐教育的益处。第二章则分析高职院校音乐教育所存在的问题，并针对相关问题探寻解决方案。第三章则研究如何在高职院校高效开展可持续发展的音乐教育。为更好的保障音乐教育的顺利开展，首先，相关院校需要加大教学设施的投入；其次，及时更新教学材料与授课方式；接着，打造跟上时代步伐的人才培养计划，并组织相关活动提升学生的音乐领悟力。最后，对论文进行言简意赅的总结。最后，对如何改善高职学院的音乐课堂情况进行了总结和提出了建议，希望能进一步改善目前高职院校音乐课堂的教学质量。关键词：高职院校；音乐教育；解决方案2AbstractAseveryoneknows,occupationeducationdevelopmentChinesemoreandmorequickly,moreandmoremature,sotheschemeofteachingreforminHigherVocationalCollegesatthesametime,thedirectionoftrainingtalentsemergeinanendlessstream,alsothereisabigdifference.Inthisway,highervocationalcollegestudents'qualitywasimproved,theteachingactivityisnolongersingleandboring.Thequalityeducationofavarietyofways,allkindsofcontent,andthemusiceducationisanindispensableway.Attentiontomusiceducationinhighervocationalcolleges,thestudentsareinthemusicoftensionismoresatisfactory.Thedisseminationofmusiceducationinthecollege,Ideeplyappreciatemusiceducationtogivestudentstheimmeasurablebenefits,forexamplecanimprovetheideologicalconsciousnessofthestudents,cultivatestudents'sunshinestateofmind,sublimationofstudentsaestheticstandards,trainingstudents'interpersonalcommunicationabilityandsoon.Therefore,wecanconsiderthecomprehensivelevelofstudentsintheircolleges'characteristics,thecomprehensivedevelopment,musiceducationprograminlinewithsustainabledevelopment,inordertobettertapthepotentialofstudents.Theideaforthisconsideration,apreliminarystudyisdonetomenowasfollows:Firstofall,theintroductionpartwilldiscussthefollowingaspects:theresearchbackgroundandsignificance.Thefirstchapterfromtheinfiltrationofmoraleducationandaestheticeducationdissemination,all-rounddevelopmentofstudents,cultivatestudents'creativeabilityandperspective,in-depthanalysisofthebenefitsofmusiceducationinHigherVocationalcolleges.Thesecondchapteranalyzestheexistingproblemsofmusiceducationinhighervocationalcolleges,andexplorethesolutionstorelatedproblems.Thethirdchapterstudiesthemusiceducationinhighervocationalcolleges,howtocarryoutsustainabledevelopment.Forthebetterprotectionofthemusiceducationsmoothly,firstofall,institutionsneedtoincreaseinvestmentinteachingfacilities;secondly,updatetheteachingmaterialsandteachingmethods;thenbuildtokeepupwiththepaceoftalenttrainingplanandorganizationrelatedactivit...
