幼儿园体育活动的开展现状及对策研究——以兰州市实验幼儿园为例摘要幼儿不仅是一个国家发展的希望，同时也是一个家庭父母的寄托。可是，对于幼儿园的活动而言，体育的教育教学活动对于幼儿的健康全面发展具有很大作用。所以，本文将兰州市实验幼儿园的62名在职幼儿园教师作为调查对象，主要运用了文献查阅法、访谈法和问卷调查法等研究方法，对兰州市实验幼儿园的师资情况、体育活动与场地器材情况、体育活动的开展与实施情况等现状进行了调查，通过实地观察以及访谈，对于幼儿园体育活动目前开展所取得的成效，和对于目前存在的一些问题进行分析，然后提出相应的某些建议。通过调查结果显示兰州市实验幼儿园体育活动开展取得了一些成效，同时也存在以下的问题：体育活动开展时间基本符合《指南》要求、活动场地偏小，使活动受到一定的限制和影响、教师男女人数比例不均衡，同时有“年轻化”的倾向、幼儿园的部分老师缺少体育的专业知识等问题。基于此，结合兰州市实验幼儿园的实际情况，提出相应对策：幼儿园要加强幼儿教师的体育专业培训、完善幼儿体育课程的创设、适当对教师进行体育知识与技能的相关专业培训；因地制宜地开展内容与形式丰富的体育活动；加强家园共育，树立“幼儿园、家庭、社会”三位一体的大体育观。关键词：幼儿园体育；开展现状；问题；建议ABSTRACTYoungchildrenarenotonlythebushofacountry'sdevelopment,butalsothehopeofafamilyparent.However,forkindergartenactivities,physicaleducationandteachingactivitiesforthehealthyandcomprehensivedevelopmentofyoungchildrenplayagreatrole.Therefore,thispapertakes62activekindergartenteachersinLanzhouCityexperimentalkindergartenastheobjectofinvestigation,mainlyusestheliteratureinspectionmethod,interviewmethodandquestionnairesurveymethod,andinvestigatesthecurrentsituationofteachers,sportsactivitiesandfieldequipment,sportsactivitiesandimplementation,etc.ofLanzhouCityExperimentalKindergarten,throughfieldobservationandinterview,theresultsofthecurrentdevelopmentofkindergartensportsactivities,andsomeofthecorrespondingproblems,andthenputforwardsomesuggestions.Throughtheresultsofthesurvey,LanzhouCityexperimentalkindergartensportsactivitieshaveachievedsomeresults,butalsothefollowingproblems:sportsactivitiesinlinewiththerequirementsoftheGuide,theactivityvenueissmall,sothatactivitiesarelimitedandaffected,thenumberofteachersintheunbalancedratioofmenandwomen,atthesametimethereisa"younger"tendency,somekindergartenteacherslackofphysicaleducationexpertiseandotherissues.Basedonthis,combinedwiththeactualsituationofexperimentalkindergarteninLanzhouCity,thecorrespondingcountermeasuresareputforward:kindergartenshouldstrengthenthephysicaleducationprofessionaltrainingofkindergartenteachers,improvethecreationofphysicaleducationcurriculumforyoungchildren,properlycarryouttherelevantprofessionaltrainingofphysicaleducationknowledgeandskillsforteachers.Keywords:Kindergartensports;statusinquo;problems;proposal目录第1章引言1.1问题的提出....................................................11.2研究目的与研究意义............................................21.2.1研究目的................................................21.2.2研究意义.................................................21.3文献综述......................................................21.3.1相关概念的界定...........................................21.3.2国内研究现状............................................31.3.3国外研究现状............................................4第2章研究对象与研究方法2.1研究对象......................................................72.2研究方法..........................
