摘 要本文介绍了低合金耐热钢在化工设备中的应用,并对低合金耐热钢的焊接特点和焊接性进行分析,论述了低合金耐热钢的焊接工艺以及焊接接头力学性能的控制。在查阅文献和结合现场焊接工艺的基础上,分析了低合金耐热钢 2.25Cr-1Mo 的焊接特点与焊接性,通过对其碳当量、冷裂纹敏感指数的计算,确定了预热温度,并确定了焊接方法、焊接热参数以及焊后热处理工艺,制定了 2.25Cr-1Mo 钢制加氢反应器的焊接规范,完成 2.25Cr-1Mo 钢的焊接性试验。对 2.25Cr-1Mo 钢的焊接接头进行金相组织观察与分析,并进行力学性能试验与分析,完成了 2.25Cr-1Mo 钢的焊接性研究。关键词:低合金耐热钢;焊接性;2.25Cr-1Mo 钢;焊接工艺AbstractThis paper introduces the heat-resistant low-alloy steel applications in chemical equipment, analyzes the welding features and weldability of the heat-resistant low-alloy steel, and discusses the welding process of the heat-resistant low-alloy steel and the control of mechanical properties of weld joints. Based on the literature and combined with on-site welding process, the welding features and weldability of the heat-resistant low-alloy steel 2.25Cr-1Mo was analyzed. Through calculating its carbon equivalent and cold cracking sensitivity index, the preheating temperature, welding method, welding thermal parameters and heat treatment after welding were determined, and the welding standard of the hydrogenation reactor made by 2.25Cr-1Mo steel was determined and the welding test of the 2.25Cr-1Mo steel was completed. By observing and analyzing the microstructure of weld joint, and testing and analyzing mechanical properties, the welding study of 2.25Cr-1Mo steel was completed.
