摘要本设计通过查阅大量的相关资料,对年产 2.5 万吨玉米须饮料进行了工厂设计。介绍了玉米须的化学成分、药理作用、以及玉米须饮料的发展现状,未来市场走向;进行了工厂的选址、厂区车间的平面设计和生产工艺及论证;以生产的工艺和车间的布置为重点,进行了物料衡算、热量衡算、水电汽用量的估算、设备的选型、劳动力的估算、辅助部门的设计等;据此使用 CAD 软件绘制出了生产工艺流程图、总厂区布置图、车间布置图、局部设备图以及首页图。对玉米须饮料工厂的总投资和回收期做了经济估算。通过计算得出以下结论:每天按照 2 班进行生产,每班 8h,全年生产 300 天,玉米须饮料的生产能力为 5.21 t/h;所需原料玉米须为 1900 t/年,蔗糖 1520 t/年,柠檬酸为 25 t/年。由物料衡算和热量衡算计算得出,全厂每天消耗用水量为 232.45 t,用电量为 2721.6 kw,消耗蒸汽用量为 5197.6 kg/h。本次设计估算了全厂总面积为3127 m2,总投资为 1161.75 万元,年净利润为 1148.19 万元,预计的投资回收期为12 个月。 关键词:玉米须;饮料;工厂设计;工艺流程;经济核算AbstractThe factory design of Corn stigma beverage with the annual output of 25000 tons was carried out in this paper by consulting a lot of related information.
