Do you do any sports to keep healthy and energetic

As a middle school student of junior three, I do sports one or two hours a day, such as doing morning exercise, playing basketball, long-distance running and so on
I think it is very helpful to me
Why do I think so
There are two reasons
Firstly,taking exercise makes me healthier and more energetic
Secondly, I can feel relaxed in different kinds of sports, and then I do a better job in my study
