WORD.格式整理 . . . .专业 .知识 . 分享 . . 1.目的/Purpose 规范厂区内危险作业申请操作流程与作业规范。In order to enhance the management of hazardous operation, avoid happening accidents, protect people in safety, we formulate this regulation. 2.范围/Scope 适用于全公司范围内的危险作业安全管理，包括动火作业、高处作业。This procedure ruled all hazardous operations including hot work; work at height; 3.定义/Definitions 3.1动火作业 ：进行焊接与切割作业及在易燃易爆场所使用喷灯、电钻、砂轮等进行可能产生火焰、火花和赤热表面的临时性作业；Hot work: Any work involving welding, cutting, grinding or other similar operation producing sparks.3.2高处作业 ：利用脚手架、升降平台、便携式木梯和金属梯等登高工具从事超过基准面2 米以上，存在坠落风险的作业；Work at height: 4.程序/Procedure 序号NO. 危险作业内容Hazardous operation 4.1 动火作业 Hot work 4.1.1 职责 Responsibility 4.1.1.1 申请人的职责（必须由我司项目负责人担当）：1.动火作业前负责动火作业申请，并遵守“一天一证一动火点”为原则；2.对外来施工单位的资格合法性审查，提醒外来施工单位带齐动火所需要的相关证件、防护装备；以备我司检查；3.对动火作业现场进行确认，确保现场符合动火要求；4.对动火人员的劳动防护、动火设备的安全状态负责；5.对动火人员进行培训，确保熟悉动火作业要求、消防器材使用方法和应急处理流程（必要时，联系EHS 人员助指导）；6.每天上、下午各不少于一次不定时对动火现场进行巡视，发现异常立即予以纠正；7.所有供应商外服人员、外来施工人员等进行的焊接、气割、烘烤等明火作业均需要提前申请；Responsibility of applicant (The applicant should be the project leader): 1.A hot work permit needs filled out before hot work is performed EXCEPT if it is normal production operation.
