专项法律服务协议书Agreement on Special Legal Service聘请人（甲方）： Employer (Party A): 受聘执业机构（乙方）：河北XX 世纪律师事务所 Employee (Party B): Hebei XX Century Lawyers Firm 甲、乙双方依据《中华人民共和国律师法》和其它相关法律、法规规定，就甲方委托乙方代理在中华人民共和国（限于中国大陆）商标注册并注册成立外商独资有限公司二委托事项提供专项法律服务事宜达成一致，于2006 年月日订立本协议。In accordance with the stipulations of Lawyers Law of the People’ s Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, Party A and Party B reached the consensus on Party A authorizes Party B to transact the trademark registration in China (only in China mainland), register and establish the foreigner sole-investment limited company, offer the special legal service to the authorized matters, therefore this agreement is made and entered into on Month_____Date____Year2006. 一、乙方法律服务范围I. Party B’ s scope of legal service（一）为甲方在中华人民共和国商标商标注册事宜，乙方作为甲方商标注册之代理人提供如下法律服务：(I) Transact the trademark registration in China for Party A, as the Party A’ s attorney of trademark registration, Party B shall offer the following legal services: 〈1 〉就甲方在中国境内商标注册涉及的法律问题提供咨询意见或进行指导，草拟、审查法律文书，必要时出具法律意见，维护甲方的合法权益；Offer the advisor opinion for the legal problems relating to Party A’ s trademark registration in China or instruct Party A to do, draft and censor the legal documents, announce the legal opinion if necessary, safeguard the lawful rights and interests of Party A. 〈2 〉起草或协助起草并审阅此次注册所需的各项法律文书，就商标注册所需政府审批登记等手续向甲方提供咨询意见；特别当甲方符合取得商标优先权时，当代理其取得；Draft or assist the drafting, check and approve the legal documents that...
