摘 要本设计为某黄酒废水处理设计,设计程度为初步设计。黄酒废水水质的主要特点是含有大量的有机物,属高浓度有机废水,故其生化需氧量也较大。该黄酒废水处理厂的处理水量为 12000m3/d ,高浓度废水 3500m3/d ,低浓度废水 1250m3/d ,不考虑远期发展。原污水中各项指标均非常高,严重超出国家标准,故要求处理后的排放水要严格达到国家一级排放标准。又因为高低浓度废水的物质浓度相差较大,且水量也有很大差异,故将高低浓度废水分开处理,之后再混合。本设计采用厌氧好氧相结合的方法降低污水中的有机污染物。本设计工艺主要是用 UASB 工艺和 UCT 工艺处理黄酒废水的。其流程为:黄酒废水(高) → 格栅 →调节池→UASB→集水池→UCT→辅流式二沉池。设计中对 UASB、UCT 工艺所涉及到的设施等进行了严密计算,在预算方面充分考虑到各方面可能涉及到的花费。整个工艺具有总投资少,处理效果好,工艺简单,占地面积省,运行稳定,能耗少的优点。关键词:黄酒废水处理; UASB 处理;UCT 工艺AbstractThe graduate work is a primary design for yellow wine wastewater treatment. The main characteristic of the rice wine wastewater is that it is high concentration organic wastewater containing large amounts of organic matters. So it needs large amount of oxygen in biochemical reaction. The treatment plant of the rice wine wastewater can treat water of 12000 m3/d, high concentration wastewater of 3500 m3/d, low concentration wastewater of 1250 m3/d, it doesn't consider of long-term development. Each index of the original sewage is all very high, exceeds national standard seriously. The level of the discharge water after treatment demands to reach grade 1 national standard strictly. Because of large difference between high concentration wastewater and low concentration wastewater in material concentration, they will be handled separately, and then mixed together.
