论文题目:CK6140 数控车床 X 向进给机构的设计专业班级:_________________________学生姓名:_________________________指导教师:_________________________2013 年 06 月 12胡斌 孙长青数控 101CK6140数控车床X向进给机构的设计胡斌沈阳工程学院摘 要 在数控机床中,进给伺服系统是数控装置和机床的中间联接环节,是数控系统的重要组成部分。通常设计进给伺服系统时必须满足一定的要求,才能保证进给系统的定位精度和静态、动态性能,从而确保机床的加工精确度。但由于现在加工难度和精度的提高,因而达不到相应的加工质量。所以,本文对原有的普通车床进行了改造。 在设计中采用安川公司的数控及伺服电机,通过滚珠丝杠来传递动力。由于整个机构需要安装在车床的拖板上,在结构上必须紧凑,因此采用一端固定一端游动的安装方式,经过认真的分析,仔细的计算,这种支称方式完全合理。电机与丝杠之间采用同步带与同步轮来传递动力,降速增扭是传动精准,控制快捷可靠,增加扭矩之后完全可以达到设计要求。关键词:同步带;同步轮;滚珠丝杠;伺服电机;Abstract Feed servo system is a link between digital-controlled device and machine tool. It is an important part of digital-controlled systems. When feed servo system is designed, it must satisfy the designing requirements, then it can insure the positioning precision and dynamical and static state characters of feed servo system. Thus, it can insure machining precision of a machining tool. so fall short of correspondence machining quality. Forasmuch,we depend on inhere foundation, numerical correspondence ameliorate.
