摘 要本篇论文在内容上共分四个部分,即第一部分概述性地介绍了液压传动技术的含义、应用及发展史;第二部分详细说明了液压传动的工作原理及组成;第三部分着重就汽车起重机的液压传动系统进行了系统的分析;第四部分为液压传动系统中常见的故障分析。经过大学的学习,让我们了解了液压传动技术的发展前景,并且认真学习了液压传动的工作原理,以及液压传动技术在日常生活中的应用和解决实际问题的方法。在毕业设计过程,同学们相互提出了宝贵的意见并且及时纠正纠正的错误 ,从而使我们的毕业论文得以圆满成功;同时在这次毕业论文的形成过程中我受益匪浅。首先,在此过程中培养了我们分析实际问题和运用所学知识动手解决问题的能力,从而使所学知识达到巩固,并且推广和深化所学理论知识的范畴,为即将走向的工作岗位打下坚实的理论知识基础。其次通过这次毕业设计,让自己更深刻的认识和理解了自己这个专业,认识了它的重要性欲实用性。也是通过这次毕业设计更好的培养了自己独立搜索资料和熟悉有关新兴技术。 我相信汽车起重技术将会在未来的国民经济发展中发挥着不可估量的作用,随着液压传动技术的开发和利用,它将会再上一个新的台阶。关键词:液压传动技术 汽车起重机 故障分析AbstractThe content of this paper is divided into four parts, namely, an overview of the first part of the hydraulic drive technology introduced in the meaning, application and development of history; the second part details the working principle of hydraulic and composition; third part focuses on truck crane hydraulic system for the systematic analysis; fourth part is the common hydraulic system failure analysis.
