毕 业 论 文论文题目 水泥瓦切割机设计 系 别 电子信息工程系 专 业 机械制造设计及其自动化 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师（签名） 完成时间 2013 年 5 月摘要水泥瓦切割机是专门用来切割水泥瓦的设备。云石机切割水泥瓦时会产生很多粉尘，对人体造成极大的危害。本设计依照云石机的工作原理来设计切割机的切割部分，在云石机的基础上还做了改进，在保留云石机方便切割的同时，还能通过相应的部件来克服粉尘对人体的危害。本人通过查阅各类石材切割机的造型及工作原理，得出了大概造型，借助 pro/E建模仿真、CAD 绘图等软件，设计出了专门用来切割水泥瓦的设备----水泥瓦切割机。该切割机是用三相异步电动机来提供动力，借助 V 带轮和 V 带的传动来使圆锯片旋转，再通过工作台的移动来实现水泥瓦的切割的。同时用水来克服切割过程中产生的多灰尘现象，在方便切割的同时也不会对人体产生伤害。关键词：水泥瓦切割机； 云石机； 三相异步电机； 带轮传动； 圆锯片The Design of Cement Tile Cutting MachineAbstractCement tile cutting machine is special equipment for cutting cement tile.
