中国矿业大学银川学院2012 届本科毕业设计(论文)题 目 石嘴山煤矿采区供电系统设计 所 在 系 机电动力与信息工程系 专业班级 工业工程 2 班 姓 名 王升 指导教师 孟庆春 教务处制石嘴山煤矿采区供电系统设计The Shizuishan coal mining power supply system design毕业设计(论文)共 54 页完成日期:2012 年 5 月 10 日答辩日期:2012 年 5 月 18 日摘 要采区变电所是采区供电的中心,它的主要任务是将井下中央变电所送来的高压电能变成低压电能,配送到采掘工作面及附近用电设备。采区变电所的基本组成:高压配电箱、矿用变压器、高低压隔爆馈电开关和移动变电站。本次设计是由中央变电所送来10kV 高压,经过移动变电站向各用电设备供电。其设计过程主要包括采区变电所及采掘工作面位置的确定、负荷的统计、变压器型号、容量和台数的选择、高低压电缆的选择,短路电流的计算、隔爆型高低压配电装置选择,变电所的防雷保护与接地等。通过对10kV 变电站做负荷统计,用需用系数法进行负荷计算,通过计算来设计整个采区的供电系统。关键词:供电系统;移动变电站;电缆;防雷保护Abstract Mining area substation of power supply in mining area is a center, it is the main task of the underground central substation electric energy into low voltage from power, distribution to the mining work face and nearby electrical equipment. In substation of mining area consists of: high voltage distribution box, mining transformers, high and low voltage flameproof feed switch and mobile substation. This design is composed of a central substation sent10kV high, after the mobile substation to the electrical equipment power supply. The design process mainly includes in substation of mining area and mining work face location, load statistics, transformer model, capacity and number selection, high and low voltage cable selection, short-circuit current calculation, flameproof high voltage distribution equipment selection, substation lightning protection and grounding.
