Key words: Business charge Fuel gas profession B/S.NET Management information system1 前言 营业收费管理信息系统是燃气行业信息化建设的重要组成部分，以往的营业收费管理信息系统模式已不能满足燃气行业信息化发展的需求，主要体现在以下几个方面： ① 我国燃气公司中有许多仍然采用手工模式来实现营业收费，即手工抄表、手工收费和手工开票。很显然这种落后的业务模式不符合现代化管理的要求，急需进行业务流程的重组和业务模式的优化。 ② 相当多的燃气公司使用的是单机版营业收费管理软件，采用的是小型数据库平台。因此，在系统的可靠性、安全性和数据资源共享方面都存在问题，也无法实现银行实时缴费，更是无法使客户对个人信息及时了解，难以满足燃气公司日益增长的业务需求。各个营业网点相互独立，网点与燃气公司总部形成相对的“信息孤岛”。 随着“西气东输”工程的进展，城市燃气公司之间的...
