物料运输检测系统的设计与实现 摘要: 物料运输系统是物流中重要的组成部分,它是不直接进行人工干预的情况下对货物进行自动存取。它是现代工业社会发展的高新技术产物,对加快物流流通降低成本有着重要的意义。 近年来,随着消费水平的提高,越来越多的商家认识到物流运输系统的改善与合理性对商家的发展非常重要,而对于一些小型超市往往要对货物进行分类存放,并建立货物相关信息,时时跟踪,便于对货存信息的掌握,如果仅靠人工,这样比较耗时,不便于商家的发展。 本课题针对以上问题主要对货物分类存取控制系统进行了设计:最先是人工建立一个货物信息库。在存货物时,利用条码扫描将货物的信息传入计算机中,并整理将对应的指令传给 PLC。然后 PLC 按指令控制气压系统、步进电机的运动,将货物存放到指定位置;在取货时,控制思路和存货是大致一样,从而实现对货物的分类和存取的功能。在整个过程都满足货物先存先取得原则。关键词: PLC、条码扫描器、步进电机、气压系统、传感器、物料运输Abstract: Materia1 transport system is an important component of 1ogistics, it is not direct humanintervention in the case of automatic access to the goods.
