1摘 要本研究以不同土壤酸碱性强度对西红柿幼苗的生长及生理特性的影响为目的。将西红柿幼苗在土壤酸碱度为:4.32、5.43、6.35、7.28(CK)、8.25、9.17、10.19 的七个处理中生长。9 天后,分别连续测量西红柿幼苗的株高、茎粗、叶片数和生物量及丙二醛含量、叶绿素含量、气孔开放度、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量。结果表明,西红柿幼苗在土壤酸碱化胁迫下,随酸性或碱性的增强,株高、茎粗、叶片数和单株生物量差异显著;叶绿素含量和气孔开放率呈下降趋势,丙二醛含量、可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性糖含量呈上升的趋势。即土壤酸碱化对西红柿幼苗的生长及生理特性有显著性影响,弱酸性土及中性土更适于西红柿幼苗的健康生长。关键词:西红柿幼苗,酸碱度,生理特性,种植土,影响21AbstractThe aim of this study was to investigate the effects of soil acidity and alkalinity on the growth and physiological characteristics of tomato seedlings. Tomato seedlings were grown in seven treatments of soil ph: 4.32, 5.43, 6.35, 7.28 (CK), 8.25, 9.17, 10.19. After 9 days, plant height, stem diameter, leaf number and biomass, mda content, chlorophyll content, stomatal openness, soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of tomato seedlings were measured successively. The results showed that the plant height, stem diameter, leaf number and biomass per plant of tomato seedlings were significantly different under the soil acid-alkalization stress with the increase of acidity or alkalinity. Chlorophyll content and stomatal opening rate decreased, malondialdehydecontent, soluble protein content and soluble sugar content increased.
