课 程 设 计 课 程: 环保设备原理与设计 题 目:某小型燃煤电站锅炉烟气除尘系统设计 学 院: 能源与水利学院 班 级: 106051 * 名: *** 学 号: 30 指导教师: 付尧 日 期: 2013 年 7 月 4 日 沈阳工学院环保设备原理与设计课程设计 沈阳工学院环保设备原理与设计课程设计 I 某小型燃煤电站锅炉烟气除尘系统设计 摘要:该设计主要为某小型燃煤电站锅炉烟气除尘系统设计,设计耗煤量为203.8kg/h,分析锅炉烟气特点,排烟温度560℃,烟气密度:1.32kg/m3及排放要求后初步选择了文丘里除尘器,在燃烧锅炉中将产生大量含有二氧化碳和粉尘的烟气,该废气若不经处理直接排入大气,不仅会污染周围环境,而且导致了极大地原物料消耗,为此必须进行处理,故将从锅炉出来的烟气经过管道将其汇集通过风机的作用送入烟囱排入大气中。工艺流程包括换热器、管道、文丘里除尘器、风机电机等。 关键词:烟气特点、锅炉、文丘里除尘器 abstract:This design is mainly designed for a small coal fired boiler flue gas dust removal system,Design in coal consumption is 203.8 kg/h, analyzing the characteristics of the boiler flue gas, exhaust smoke temperature is 560 ℃, smoke density: 1.32 kg/m3 and emissions requirements after preliminary chose the venturi dust collector, levels of carbon dioxide in the combustion boiler flue gas and dust, the flue gas if not treated directly discharged into the atmosphere, not only may pollute the surrounding environment, but also led to the original material consumption greatly, therefore must be treated, it will come out from boiler flue gas through pipelines will be collected by the fan into the chimney discharged into the atmosphere.
