I摘 要:步进电机作为重要的工业电气设备中的执行元件,研究对步进电机调速控制的方法,对提高控制的精确度及经济实用具有重要意义。本文所设计的主控芯片是 51 单芯片,这种芯片可以对步进电机进行调速控制。驱动芯片的控制采用UNL2003 系统实现,这种系统可以控制电动机的转动速度与方向,然后由数码管电路显示其工作状态,用软件来替代步进控制器使得控制变得更为灵活方便,且更加经济实惠。关键词:步进电机,单片机,正反转控制,电机驱动IIAbstract : As an important executive element in industrial electrical equipment, stepper motor studies the method of speed regulation control of stepper motor, which is of great significance to improve the accuracy of control and economic practicality. This paper designs a system based on 51 single chip microcomputer, which controls the speed control of stepper motor, and the motor drive chip is realized by UNL2003, which can reliably control the rotation direction and rotation speed of the stepper motor, and the speed and direction of the motor are displayed by the digital tube circuit to show its working state.
