电子商务中消费者权益保护问题研究【摘要】在当下,人们的生活已与电子商务环境日益相关,没了电商平台,也就没了电子时代。但是与此同时,电商交易售后退货百分比却逐年递增,消费者权益受损事件仍屡见不鲜,为了让消费者能在电子商务环境中持有更多的权利和享有更好的服务,本文以日常生活中常见的侵害消费者权益的行为和事件进行阐述,并针对网络经营者或消费者及国家提出了一些可行性的建议。如我国可建立全国统一的投诉中心,使得消费者有苦可诉侵权可究;与此同时,将消费者的维权路径简易化势在必行,以举证责任倒置为辅,把由原来繁琐的申诉程序的主体偏向于网络经营者,从而解决消费者可能会因为举证困难的问题而放弃维权;最后就是我们自身问题——必须增强网络经营者的行业自律意识、加强消费者的维权理念。【关键词】电子商务,消费者权益,自律 Research on the protection of consumers' rights and interests in E-commerce[Abstract] At present, people's life has become increasingly related to the e-commerce environment. Without e-commerce platform, there will be no e-age. However, at the same time, the percentage of return after sale in e-commerce transactions is increasing year by year, and there are still many cases of damage to the rights and interests of consumers. In order to enable consumers to hold more rights and enjoy better services in e-commerce environment, this paper expounds the common behaviors and events of infringing the rights and interests of consumers in daily life, and puts forward some feasible suggestions for network operators, consumers and the state.
