I浅谈美食类自媒体《日食记》的商业价值和运营策略 【摘要】近年来,自媒体发展迅速,种类不断创新,数量不断增加,产生了很多优质的自媒体,特别是美食类自媒体,例如“李子柒”、“日食记”、“一人食”“厨娘物语”等,成为值得研究领域。本文选择“日食记”为研究对象,运用个案研究法、内容分析法和文献分析法,对其商业价值和运营策略分别进行观察分析,从而得出美食类自媒体的成功经验和运营策略。论文的主体分为两部分,一部分是研究分析“日食记”的商业价值和“日食记”的运营策略,另一部分是总结“日食记”的成功经验和运营过程的问题及对策分析。【关键词】美食类自媒体;日食记;商业价值;运营策略IITalking about the commercial value and operational strategy of the food-based self-media "Ri Shiji"[Abstract] In recent years, since the rapid development of the media, the number and variety of increasing, has produced a lot of high-quality self-media, especially the food self-media, such as "Li Ziqi", "Ri Shiji", "Yi Renshi", "cook story " and so on, has become worthy of research. In this paper, i choose " Ri Shiji " as the research object, and use the case study method, content analysis method and literature analysis method to observe and analyze its commercial value and operation strategy respectively, so as to obtain the successful experience and operation strategy of the food from the media.
