浅析亚马逊美国站家居收纳类目的盈利优化策略——以首饰收纳为例【摘要】近年来,出口跨境电商持续高速发展,成为我国对外贸易的发展新趋势。大量中国外贸企业积极入驻亚马逊等跨境电商平台,通过新渠道让中国“ 质造”走向全世界。但是,因为文化差异的鸿沟,出口跨境电商企业在现实的跨境电商网络营销过程中依旧难以获得理想成效。如何定价,如何营销推广,如何做好客户服务等问题,都深深地困扰着出口跨境电商企业。只有在把握海外电商规则的基础上,从产品、运营方面制定整体的盈利优化策略,才能真正将中国的好产品推向世界。该选题主要以国内某首饰收纳 V 公司的亚马逊美国站点为案例,收集其运营中存在的问题,制定适用于家居收纳类目整体的盈利优化策略,使其能在亚马逊众多竞争者拔得头筹,在美国站点立稳脚跟。【关键词】跨境电商;亚马逊平台;运营;盈利优化On the profit optimization strategy of home storage category in Amazon USA——Take jewelry storage as an example[Abstract] In recent years, the rapid development of export cross-border e-commerce has become a new trend of China’s foreign trade. A large number of Chinese foreign trade enterprises have actively settled in cross-border e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, and made China “quality” into the world through new channels. However, due to the gap of cultural differences, it is still difficult for export cross-border e-commerce enterprises to achieve ideal results in the actual cross-border e-commerce network marketing process. How to price, how to promote marketing, how to do customer service and other issues are deeply troubled by export cross-border e-commerce enterprises. Only on the basis of mastering the rules of overseas e-commerce and formulating the overall profit optimization strategy in terms of products and operation, can China’s good products be truly promoted to the world.
