网络虚拟货币的发展现状分析【摘要】在新世纪里，网络虚拟货币作为一种新颖的支付工具，以其便利迅捷的特点推动了新世纪电子商务及虚拟经济的发展。反过来，虚拟经济的发展也使得网络虚拟货币的功能得到延伸。目前，虽然快速发展的网络虚拟货币极大地推动着现代社会经济发展的步伐，但因其防范监管力度不够，人们要承担使用网络虚拟货币交易及其流通产生的风险，甚者有不法分子利用网络虚拟货币来进行违法犯罪行为，如洗黑钱、销赃、网络犯罪等行为。除此之外，网络虚拟货币的发行标准比较低，导致了网络虚拟货币缺乏国家信任度，法律地位不明确；而且它只能在网络发行商规定的平台网站进行消费，还不能跟人民币反向申兑。因此，本文主要以理论研究为主，主要通过文献研究法，归纳分析法对我国网络虚拟货币的发展现状所存在的风险进行分析，主要以网络犯罪风险、缺乏国家信任度、难以反向申兑、非法交易这几方面为主，从而在网络虚拟货币的防范监管、法律法规等方面提出对策建议。【关键词】 网络虚拟货币 风险防范 监管 An analysis of the current situation of the development of network virtual currency[Abstract]In the new century, as a new payment tool, network virtual currency promotes the development of e-commerce and virtual economy in the new century.On the other hand, the development of virtual economy also extends the function of virtual currency.At present, although the rapid development of network virtual currency has greatly promoted the pace of modern social and economic development, but due to its insufficient prevention and supervision, people have to bear the risk of using network virtual currency transactions and circulation, and even criminals use network virtual currency to carry out illegal and criminal acts, such as money laundering, booty selling, network crime and so on.n addition, the issuance standard of the network virtual currency is relatively low, which leads to the lack of national trust and unclear legal status of the network virtual currency; moreover, it can ...
