The classification of domestic waste is the basis and premise of urban domestic waste management ， while the research on the classification and treatment of domestic urban domestic waste is relatively late. This paper analyzes the quantity of materials and analyzes the influencing factors and feasibility of waste classification ， and summarizes the status of domestic waste separation and recovery and the specific influencing factors of waste classification for reference. Key words ： Waste classification;Influencing factors;Feasibility plan 1 我國都市生活垃圾分类回收的现状 1.1 立法现状 在我国现行法律法规中，有关都市生活垃圾分类回收的规定涉及法律、行政法规、部门性规章以及地方性规范文献等。但由于这些规定本身存在缺少针对性、可操作性不强等局限性之处，在现实生活中也带来了诸多不可避免的问题。现阶段，在规制都市生活垃圾分类与回收的法律根据涉及：《中华人民共和国环保法》《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》《中华人民共和国循环经济增进法》及《中华人民共和国清洁生产增进法》等有关方面的法律。 1.2 社会治理现状分析 随着我国当代化进程的推动，环保逐步成为一种广受关注的社会问题...
