循证护理在肝移植术后患者预防曲霉菌感染中的应用Application of Evidence - based Nursing in the Prevention of Aspergillus Infection after Liver Transplantation 探讨循证护理在预防肝移植术后曲霉菌感染中的应用效果。方法: 选取2010 年 9 月 ～2011 年 11 月在我院行肝移植的52 例患者作为对照组， 采用常规护理； 选取 2012 年 12 月～2013 年 10 月在我院行肝移植的56 例患者作为观察组，在常规护理的基础上实施循证护理；比较两组肝移植术后患者曲霉菌感染的发生情况。结果:观察组患者肝移植术后曲霉菌感染率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 : 采用循证护理的方法可有效降低肝移植术后曲霉菌感染的发生率。To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of aspergillosis infection after liver transplantation. Methods: Fifty-two patients who underwent liver transplantation in our hospital from September 2010 to November 2011 were selected as the control group and routine nursing. Fifty-six patients who underwent liver transplantation from December 2012 to October 2013 were selected As the observation group, based on routine care based on evidence-based care; comparison of two groups of liver transplant patients with aspergillosis infection occurred. Results: Aspergillus infection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
