中 小 学 教 师 的 课 程 取 向 及 其 特 点 _职 业 教 育 论 文 摘 要 ： 课 程 取 向 问 卷 调 查 的 结 果 表 明 ： 中 小 学 教 师 对 认 知 过 程 取 向 的 认 同度 最 高 ， 但 也 不 排 斥 其 他 四 种 取 向 ； 男 教 师 比 女 教 师 更 倾 向 于 学 术 理 性 取 向 ；不 同 教 龄 的 教 师 在 认 知 过 程 、 科 技 发 展 、 社 会 重 建 、 学 术 理 性 取 向 上 有 显 著差 异 ； 不 同 学 校 类 别 的 教 师 在 科 技 发 展 、 人 文 主 义 、 社 会 重 建 、 学 术 理 性 取 向上 有 极 其 显 著 的 差 异 ； 不 同 学 历 的 教 师 在 科 技 发 展 、 人 文 主 义 、 社 会 重 建 、 学术 理 性 取 向 上 有 非 常 显 著 的 差 异 ； 教 师 的 新 课 程 培 训 状 况 对 科 技 发 展 、 认 知 过程 、 社 会 重 建 取 向 有 影 响 。 在 此 基 础 上 对 我 国 的 课 程 研 究 与 改 革 提 出 了 一 些 建议 。 关 键 词 ： 课 程 取 向 ； 中 小 学 教 师 Abstract: The results of the curriculum orientation questionnaires shows that teachers strongly believe in the cognitive process orientation, but they generally do not reject the other four orientations. Male teachers incline more to the academic rationalism orientation than female teachers; there are statistically significant differences among those who have different years of teaching experience in cognitive process, the technological development, the social reconstruction and the academic rationalism orientations; there are rather significant differences among those who are scattered in schools and among those who are with different academic degree in the technological development, humanistic, the social reconstruction and the academic rationalism orientations.
