食品营养配餐在高星级酒店中的应用现状和发展摘要随着中国社会的不断发展,人们的消费水平不断提高,也越发重视生活质量尤其是每一餐食物的品质。在“吃得好”比“吃得饱”’更重要的社会环境下,健康更是成为大众的首要追求,如此,每一餐食物的营养与搭配便成了日常生活中不可忽略的一部分。因此本文主要在结合自身工作经验以及对文献资料的研究将高星级酒店中西餐的特点和营养配餐进行对比分析,并为不同人群进行中西餐营养配餐。关键词:高星级酒店;中西餐;营养配餐;特色与对比1 AbstractWith the continuous development of Chinese society, people's consumption level is constantly improving, and they pay more attention to the quality of life, especially the quality of every meal. In the social environment where "eating well" is more important than "eating full", health has become the primary pursuit of the public. In this way, the nutrition and collocation of every meal have become an indispensable part of daily life.
