1设施规划与物流分析在英利汽车零部件制造公司中的应用 摘 要英利汽车零部件入厂物流规划是保障汽车零部件入厂物流服务质量,以及能够满足供应链管理的需求。本文首先阐述了论文的选题提出背景、发展和研究 状况，并对设施布局规划的理论进行了概述。其次对系统布置的相关理论进行叙述，其中包含运筹学和系统工程学等理论，物流相互关系的结论。本论文主要采用的是系统设施布置技术中的系统布置设计(SLP)法的方法，对英利汽车零配件公司的车间布局进行设计规划，然后对得到的初步方案进行对比，最后得出符合条件的最佳方案运用 SLP 方法，并且对设施布局进行详细布置。通过对制造企业设施布局的重新布置，降低了英利公司的生产成本并且提高了生产效率，资源和人力两大领域的成本得到巨大提升。设施布置的主要的目标就是使企业的物流合理、通畅和最大限度的减少物料搬运，绝大多数的制造企业希望通过优化设施布置来达到降低物流成本的目的而不是通过投入更多的资金来建立新的厂房。因此，如何利用现有的设施，通过一种简单适用的设施布局优化方法，为制造企业在经营决策中提供支持很重要。最后本文对于系统布置设计（SLP）法的实际应用做了一个简单的总结，并对制造系统设施布置设计的未来发展表达了自己的一些期望。关键词:设施布置 设施布局规划 物流系统分析 系统布置设计(SLP)法 2 AbstractThe logistics planning of Yingli automotive parts and components factory is one of the necessary solutions to ensure the high quality of logistics service, the service problems and the supply chain management requirements of Yingli automotive parts and components factory.
