社会工作专业学生选择实习机构的影响因素调查【摘要】社会工作的重要性随着社会的持续发展日益显现，对专业人才队伍的建设提出了更高的要求。实习是学生进行实务的第一站，对学生日后从事相关行业有着巨大影响，然而社会工作专业学生却对社会工作实习望而却步。本文通过对某高校社会工作专业学生进行问卷调查与个别访谈，试图探究实习生在选择实习机构的时候有哪些影响因素。本文采取整合式研究方法：起首，运用描述性统计对采集的数据实行统计解析，然后，再进行个别访谈对定量研究进行补充说明，最后，结合两种研究方法的收集到的资料得出最终结论。本文认为学生在选择实习机构与实习机构的人才培养、发展前景、地理位置、福利资源等方面息息相关。在文章的最后对社会工作专业实习提出了建议，希望能够为专业实习提供参考。[关键词]社会工作专业机构 实习选择 社会工作专业实习A survey on the influencing factors of students majoring in social work choosing internship institutions[Abstract]With the continuous development of the society, the importance of social work is becoming more and more obvious. Internship is the first station for students to practice, which has a great impact on their future work in related industries. However, social work majors are discouraged from social work internship. Through the questionnaire survey and individual interviews of students majoring in social work in a university, this paper attempts to explore the influencing factors of interns when they choose internship institutions. In this paper, the integrated research method is adopted: firstly, descriptive statistics are used to analyze the collected data, and then the quantitative research is supplemented by individual interviews.
