题 目: 舵基板双腔热压模具成型设计及工艺技术研究摘要舵基板是某型号高硅氧纤维/钡酚醛树脂产品。产品长约为 680 毫米,宽度200 毫米,外形尺寸大,形状复杂,迎风面的前端是圆锥面与斜平面相连接的头部突起,突起后部是为空气舵提供转动平台的平面。背风面是平面与弧面相连接的形状,套装时背风面与伺服舱相粘接,在产品后半部通孔是 M120×1.5 细牙螺纹结构。产品厚度差别大,最厚处 27 毫米,最薄处只有 6 毫米。产品成型时极易变形。舵基座板是空气舵系统的组件之一,是实现弹头机动飞行的重要防热部件,产品设计对舵基板产品的性能数值要求非常高。双腔热压模具采用不溢式“一模两件” 的成型方式,及机械混料的方法,用模压成型工艺压制,成功应用于型号生产,效率较高,能够满足战术武器低成本、大批量生产要求。关键词:舵基板 双腔热压模具 螺纹镶块 AbstractThe rudder base plate is the vycor fibre/ barium Bakelite product of some model weapon. The product which has large outline dimension and complex shape has 680mm length and 200mm width. Its leading end of windward side is head raised that joined with taper face and oblique plane. The end part of tubercle supplies turning plane for air rudder. The lee face’s form is joined with plane and cambered surface. When shrinking, the lee face joins with servo cabin and the back half part of product is M120×1.5 fine thread fabric. The product has large difference, the biggest thickness is 27mm and the largest thinness is 6mm. The rudder base plate is one unit of the air rudder system. It is an important heat part to realize bullet automotive flight. The product design has a high requirement for the rudder base plate’s performance.The pair hot-pressed die adopts nonoverflow family mould and mechanical blend ways. It uses former winding technology to press and succeed in using to manufacture one model product. It has high efficiency and can satisfy tactical production requirement.K...
