They actively implement the “go out” strategy, which is the only way for Chinese enterprises to cultivate international influence. This paper focuses on the current situation of transnational operation of small and medium-sized enterprises, analyzes their entry mode, international marketing mode, competitive advantages and disadvantages and analyzes the conclusion of small and medium-sized enterprises’ internationalization and tackling strategy .In order to minimize or eliminate the obstacles that small and medium-sized enterprises are encountered in the process of internationalization.
