本科论文ABstractWith the rise of sub business, the new consumption mode is online shopping. The temptation of interest makes everyone want to open their own online store. One of the important factors for the success of an online store is customers' praise (satisfaction). The praise of customer service often depends on the efficiency of goods arrival,especially the efficiency of storage. As a part of logistics,warehousing plays a very important role in the overall operation of e-commerce enterprises. This design takes the source of warehouse operation and the operation process in warehouse as the research object,establishes the simulation model,finds and solves problems in the research process,and improves the efficiency of warehouse out and warehouse in through the simulation and optimization of warehouse in operation process.B logistics center warehouse express is a sub logistics center warehouse of enterprise B located in Dalian. It undertakes the receiving,sorting, temporary storage and distribution of express in this area,and provides warehousing and distribution services. The whole workflow is carried out in this warehouse. Due to the limited capacity of some areas of the warehouse, unscientific order distribution and other reasons,which greatly affect the efficiency of the warehouse,it is bound to be the satisfaction of consumers or greater benefit damage. Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problem of B logistics center warehouse and improve the efficiency of the warehouse.This graduation design simplifies and simulates the warehouse of B logistics center through flexsim2019 software.
