本科论文AbstractWith the popularity of the Internet, China's e-commerce field develops rapidly in 2019, and the competition among the major e-commerce platforms is increasingly fierce, but the three major adverse factors affecting the development speed of e-commerce always affect the development speed of this field. These three factors are respectively credit, payment and logistics, and the logistics link, as the most important link, restricts this field the most. When each e-commerce platform is still choosing a third-party logistics company to provide distribution services, JD has established its own logistics distribution center in order to improve the speed of goods distribution and service quality. As the largest and most advanced distribution center in Northeast China, Shenyang Jingdong East Asia distribution center did not fully consider the rapid growth of e-commerce enterprises in the short term when it was initially built, which led to serious congestion of sorting conveyor belt at this stage. There are some bottlenecks in the layout of the facilities in the original package area under the current order volume, resulting in the overall operation efficiency is low, and there is cargo damage phenomenon, which needs to be improved.This paper mainly uses Flexsim simulation method to study the operation efficiency of sorting facilities in the original parcel area of Shenyang East Asia distribution center.
