本科论文摘 要如今物流行业飞速发展，多数企业投身于物流行业，物流的仓库作为货物中转与储存的的中心环节，是物流行业不可缺少的一部分，现阶段，传统仓因为其混乱的管理，不合理的布局，以及大量的人工使其在一定程度上无法满足仓库内的快速运转，因而谋求一种高效快捷，反应迅速的仓储模式来应对双11，618 等大型活动爆仓、快递周转速度慢等诸多障碍。还有如何降低仓储物流成本，提高效率已经势在必行。本设计通过对国内的仓库现状进行分析综述，对云仓及现代仓的相关概念进行简单叙述，并介绍了 flexsim 软件的应用方法与功能特点，最后将其合理的运用在快递公司的仓库运行效率仿真研究上，并对其合理性进行分析研究 本次设计是通过分析影响我国快递行业仓库中心运行效率存在的普遍问题，以顺丰古城子云仓的运行效率为研究对象，先将其与传统仓进行对比，后对其现状布局中的弊端进行分析研究，并应用仿真理论对整体布局中进行优化，最后设计出优化后的现代仓方案，运用 flexsim 仿真软件运行，结合现实中的数据发现仓库运行后数据的漏洞，加以改善，使其最后在节约资源与时间的情况下，提高现代仓的运行效率，本设计对顺丰古城子云仓的升级改建具有很好的理论研究意义，对实践有指导意义，同时，该设计的成果对于通用性云仓的设计和效率优化具有一定的参考意义本科论文关键词：仓储；Flexsim ；布局优化AbstractLogistics industry rapid development nowadays, most companies engaged in the logistics industry, logistics warehouse as a central part of the goods in transit and storage of, is an indispensable part of the logistics industry, at present, traditional warehouse because its chaotic management, unreasonable layout, and a lot of artificial to make it to a certain extent, can meet the rapid warehouse operation, thus seek an efficient and quick, quick storage mode to cope with the double 11618 large activities such as blasting warehouse, delivery cycle is slow, and many other obstacles.
