L 企业物料采购管理分析及改善对策研究摘要 本文在阅读分析国内外与采购管理相关文献的基础上,从采购管理这个角度出发,就 L 企业目前的经营环境、现有的组织结构以及采购部门对物料的采购现状进行简单介绍,深入分析了采购部门、采购管理流程、供应商管理体系以及采购成本等方面,得出了 L 企业采购部门在采购流程、供应商管理和采购成本控制等方面存在的一些问题。结合在 L 企业访谈过程中所得到的数据以及相关资料,对 L 企业的采购流程、供应商管理以及采购成本的降低提出了相应的改善对策,并且通过运用层次分析法对 L 企业在选择供应商上提供较为科学客观的数据,还对特定物料的采购运用了经济订货批量模型并进行对比分析。最后,综合上述的分析与 L 企业采购管理的现状,提出了相应的优化措施,使采购部门的管理更加符合 L 企业长远发展规划与需求。关键词 采购管理;供应商管理;采购成本Analysis on L Procurement Management and Improvement CountermeasuresAbstract Based on the literature of purchasing management at home and abroad, from the perspective of purchasing management, this thesis firstly gives a brief introduction on L enterprise’s current operating environment, existing organizational structure and purchasing department for material purchasing, and then deeply analyzes the purchasing department, purchasing management process, supplier management system and purchasing cost, and finds out the problems in L enterprise purchasing department in terms of purchasing process, supplier management and procurement cost control. In addition, combined with the data and related materials obtained in the interview of L enterprise, this thesis puts forward some corresponding improvement measures to L enterprise’s procurement process, supplier management and procurement cost control.
