居民小区配送方式现状与优化研究——以广州市越秀区五羊新城为例【摘要】中国快递业借助电子商务快速发展，随之而来的是消费者对于配送服务需求的多样化。配送方式，是配送服务中最贴近消费者的部分，对配送方式的改进将直接提升消费者的服务体验。本文以广州市越秀区五羊新城的居民小区配送方式为研究对象，分析已有的配送方式现状与存在的问题并提出优化的方法。通过研究文献和现状报道，确定目前在居民小区使用的配送方式能够划分为两类，即直接配送和定点自主取件，两者各有优势和存在问题，此为研究的理论参考。通过问卷调查，获取客户对于目前居民小区配送方式的相关意向，为提出优化方法提供主要方向。最后，对五羊新城内部各小区配送方式的实际问题进行归类和总结，调研中发现了调查对象存在虚假签收、配送人员标识不明确、车辆不统一、无人看管、快递柜紧张等问题，并针对这些问题提出一系列优化方案。根据上述研究得出结论，五羊新城直接配送方面的问题需要通过优化制度来解决，定点自主取件的问题主要出在人的管理上，需要人工值守。【关键词】社区物流 配送方式 末端配送Research on the present situation and optimization of distribution mode in residential area——Take Wuyang new town, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou as an example "[Abstract]With the rapid development of e-commerce, China's express delivery industry is accompanied by the diversification of consumer demand for distribution services.
