快节奏音乐对物流仓库员工工作影响分析——以京东物流佛山乐歌园区为例【摘要】随着线上购物越来越普遍，物流行业获得快速发展，对物流仓库员工工作管理越来越受到重视。因物流仓库工作环境适于播放音乐，而音乐会对人的身体心理状态比如情感情绪的体验、认知能力或工作效果等方面产生不同程度的影响，由此本文展开快节奏音乐对物流仓库员工工作影响的分析。本文主要采用了案例分析的方法，以京东物流佛山乐歌园区为例，通过访谈法和问卷调查的方式，调查该物流园区员工在工作中听该音乐对身体、心理等方面产生的影响，收集数据进行分析后总结得出该音乐主要在身体、心理、时长方面的影响因素，结合前人的研究总结结果并提出合理的建议。本文主要存在的困难是缺少音乐应用于物流方面的研究文献，主要不足是未能对其他场所进行实地调查研究并对比。【关键词】音乐节奏；物流仓库；工作效率Analysis on the Impact of Fast Music on the Work of Logistics Warehouse Staff —— A Case Study of Jingdong Logistics Foshan Lege Park[Abstract] With the increasing popularity of online shopping and the rapid development of logistics industry, more and more attention has been paid to the work management of logistics warehouse staff.
