医药零售企业仓储管理现状及优化——大参林医药集团为例【摘要】高效的医药物流仓储管理能够帮助医药零售企业加快商品流通的速度，降低成本，保证商品流转的顺利进行，并实现资源的高效利用。通过大数据的统计及专业角度分析，目前我国医药零售企业仓储的整体发展无法满足需求，暴露出不少问题，需要从库内软件与硬件设备、库内作业流程、库位管理等方面进行提高。我国医药仓储相关政策的管控法律条文陆续出台，药品的仓储管理面临着更大的挑战与挑战，本文从影响仓储管理的因素分析开始，通过各影响因素剖析大参林医药连锁企业仓储管理的现状，结合当下发展的进程，针对其问题与不足提出自己的建议与优化措施，希望对我国医药零售业仓储管理的提升与优化建设有所补益。【关键词】仓储管理；医药零售；现代化仓库 Current situation and optimization of storage management in pharmaceutical retail enterprises——Dashenlin Pharmaceutical Group as an example[Abstract] Efficient storage management of pharmaceutical logistics can help pharmaceutical retail enterprises to speed up the circulation of goods, reduce costs, ensure the smooth flow of goods, and achieve efficient use of resources.
