近年来国家对东北老工业基地的发展给予了一系列的政策支持，给东北三省经济的复苏带来了政策带来了机会、也带来了挑战
东北老工业基地的振兴是个系统工程，要求有快速高效的物流产业做支撑
随着东北物流量大幅度增加，市场对物流服务的需求日益扩大，物流产业的发展已经成为东北老工业基地发展的重要基础和物资流通的重要保障
因此，本文的研究重点就是东北老工业基地区域物流发展的研究
