社会主义先进文化构建摘要 社会主义先进文化建设的动力体系内容丰富，层次鲜明。其中，中国改革发展的现实对先进文化的迫切需要是内生动力，建立社会主义核心价值体系和核心价值观是指导动力，文化体制综合改革是保障动力。三者相互独立、相互协调，各司其职、相辅相成，最终将产生推动先进文化建设的强大力量。深刻认识这三种动力及其辩证关系，有助于我们从法律的角度，即从内在机制的角度，推进社会主义先进文化建设，实现中心突破，事半功倍。因此，在明确文化和价值观的涵义之基础上，本文献将探讨文化与价值观念的联系，特别是社会主义先进文化与社会主义核心价值的积极作用，分析当前我国社会主义先进文化已取得建设成果以及还存在的主要问题，即大众文化媚俗化、精英文化边缘化和主导文化弱化等问题，并对这些存在问题主要原因是社会主义核心价值观没有发挥文化灵魂的作用，社会主义先进文化建设方法需要创新，社会主义先进文化建设道路不完善等原因造成的。关键词 社会主义先进文化；内生动力；保障动力Construction of Advanced Socialist CultureAbstract：The power system of socialist advanced culture construction is rich in content and distinct in level.
